Prospect have a number of support workers, who are supporting circa 500 residents. We receive our referrals from SIFA, Shelter, St Basils, Probation, Police, Church Ministers, Food banks and any other voluntary or statutory agencies who may come across individuals who need to be housed.
Each support session is bespoke to the needs of the individual. We are able to achieve this because we have mandatory paperwork we complete in order to be able to ensure the needs of each resident are met to the best of our ability. So, after our needs assessment has been completed during the sign up process, support staff are able to work with a resident to create their own support plan and the support worker and the resident work together to achieve the agreed goals.
We are able to assist with any issues or concerns, needs or wants and if not ourselves, then we will signpost to organisations who may specialise in the area of support required.
If you think you can assist with engagement, get in touch.
