Prospect aim to provide excellent, accountable services with residents at the heart of our organisation.
We have a Resident Engagement Strategy which sets out how we want to expand this area to include increased access to decision-making by developing digital platforms and social media.
Our work links housing, health, job and skills to help prevent homelessness and give residents the tools to achieve and maintain independence. Our Engagement Strategy is aligned to our Employability, and Health and Well-Being Strategies and looks to develop the range and availability of employability support and life-skills and prevention programmes, such as financial and digital inclusion, tenancy ready programmes, prevention, mediation and enterprise.
We ask for feedback so that the opinion of residents, partners and stakeholders inform future services and development.
