Making a difference
We house homeless people from Birmingham and take referrals from many sources. We are a non-judgemental, non-discriminatory service and will assist anyone that we feel can be appropriately housed by us. Our residents may come with additional risks, physical and or mental health issues, addictions and emotional issues. Staff will support them by signposting to services for additional support and/or medication where appropriate.
Our support is individually tailored with agreed goals set and worked towards until achieved. Our ultimate goal is to move people on to independent living, which we constantly work towards and prepare our residents for. This is part of the support plan and we also offer follow on support to ensure our ex-residents are settled and all essential services are up and running.

WHAT OUR RESIDENTS SAY
“Our Support workers are brilliant! and that’s what we need, someone that can push us when we need to be pushed, but also compassionate, and they have that.”
